Terms & Conditions for Refunds & Returns

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the refund policy for all online purchases made through Learn to Read with Cami (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing items from our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Refunds Policy

2.1 Australian Consumer Law

Under the ACL (Australian Consumer Law), a customer is entitled to a refund or replacement if there is a major problem with a product; such as:

  • The product being faulty, defective or unsafe.
  • The product not matching the description provided.
  • The product being unfit for its intended purpose.

If you encounter a major problem as outlined above, we will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion. To request a refund or replacement, you must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item at hello@learntoreadwithcami.com.au
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or send a replacement item within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


2.2 Damages and issues with our products

Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We take great care to package our products well, however we understand that damage may occur during shipping. In this unlikely event, we can only accept returns on damaged goods within 7 days so please contact us immediately if your parcel arrives damaged. Return the damaged item to us in its original packaging, if requested, and provide photographic evidence of the damage. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or send a replacement item within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

2.3 We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind

Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing the transaction. We encourage you to review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

3. Return Shipping Costs

In the case of a damaged item, we will cover the cost of return shipping should we request its return. This will be explained during the initial communication once we are notified of the damaged item.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange for items that do not meet the conditions set forth in this policy. In such cases, we will notify you of the reasons for the refusal.

5. Alterations to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update, change, or modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically for any updates.
